REFUND POLICY

I. Notice

This Refund Policy applies to the website ("eelcreditline.com") and any services ("Business Fundability") provided through the Website. By using the Website or any Services, you accept the terms of this Refund Policy.

II. Payment: The Member has submitted payment to Company for access to the deliverables outlined herein (“the Fundability Program”). This purchase is 100% NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Access to Fundability Program is intended for the parties of this Agreement only. If the member elected a payment plan option, the Member agrees to complete all payments in that payment plan.

III. Deliverables Members’ Area and Course Access: Member will be given access to the private members’ area for The Fundability Program, where Member will find the business credit materials and some additional lender resources. Member will have access to The Fundability Program for a minimum of one year or for however long Company maintains that version of The Program, whichever is later.

IV. Conditional Money Back Guarantee: Member will be entitled to a 75% money-back guarantee of the amount paid to Company for the Program purchase if ALL the conditions set forth below are met (otherwise Member agrees and understands that otherwise they will not qualify for a refund): A. Member has setup and started the “fundability program” to start getting your business funding within 30 days of joining the program, AND B. The refund request must be submitted before day 30 after joining, AND C. Member’s Area must show 100% course completion. Member further agrees and understands that even if they qualify for a refund under this conditional guarantee, they will not be compensated or reimbursed for the resellers purchase amount. This conditional guarantee only applies to the Full purchase price that is paid to Company for the Program. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or verbal. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

V. Refund Method

Approved refunds shall be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.

If the original payment method is unavailable or prohibited, the Company shall issue the refund via [alternative method, e.g., bank transfer, check, etc].

VI. Notification of Changes

We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the changes.

VII. REFUND POLICY: Also see the attached Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of Member’s rights. Member (you), the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time before midnight Eastern Time on the third day after the transaction date. All sales are final after the respective three (3) days. Member is expected to complete all Fundability requirements and follow the instructions given by the business credit building program. The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time, provided that any such modifications or amendments shall not apply retroactively to payments made prior to the effective date of the modification or amendment.
